The Impact You'll Make:
As our Project Manager,you’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering New Product Development (NPD), localization, and product phase-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
You will drive structured and disciplined project execution, ensuring clear project objectives, effective resource planning, and strong cross-functional collaboration throughout the product lifecycle. By successfully managing NPD, localization, and phase-out initiatives, you will accelerate time-to-market, improve project execution, strengthen quality and compliance, reduce risks, and support business growth and continuity. Your work will help bring creative products to customers while ensuring seamless transitions across the product portfolio.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering,



Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, Product Management, PMO partners, and other key stakeholders while taking ownership of project planning, resource coordination, progress tracking, risk management, and quality oversight—helping us move toward a more productive, cutting-edge, and execution-driven future.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leadend‑to‑end project execution—owning everything from initial assessment and strategy definition (Harvest, Phase‑Out, End‑of‑Life) to complete item obsolescence—by developing and delivering full project charters, plans, timelines, and budgets that ensure successful outcomes.
Supportinternal stakeholders such as Sales, Supply Chain, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations by coordinating supply/demand mapping, inventory ramp‑up/ramp‑down planning, master data updates, risk mitigation, and providing clear, ti
