Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can drive business growth, identify current opportunities, build strategic relationships, and contribute to revenue generation across GIS, Enterprise Technology, Digital Transformation, and Software Development domains.

Location: Katraj, Pune, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
Identify and generate recent business prospects across Government, Semi Government, Enterprise, Corporate, and Private sectors.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals, digital channels, and strategic partnerships.

Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.




Conduct client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and requirement gathering sessions.
Understand client business challenges and position suitable technology solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle.

Proposal & Tender Management
Coordinate with technical teams for solution design and proposal preparation.
Participate in RFP, RFQ, EOI, Tender, and Bid submissions.
Review tender opportunities and assess business viability.
Support commercial negotiations and contract finalization.

Strategic Partnerships
Develop relationships with technology partners, consultants, system integrators, and industry associations.
Identify opportunities for joint ventures, consortiums, and strategic collaborations.
Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.

Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business target
