Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Chinar Park, Kolkata
Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹18,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities1. Telecalling & After-Sales Coordination
Call existing clients for after-sales follow-up and support.
Handle B2B customer communication professionally.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for resolutions.
Maintain regular interaction with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Database Management
Maintain and update customer call records.
Manage installation and service-related data systematically.
Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Collect customer feedback through regular follow-up calls.
Identify current customer requirements and business opportunities.
Build and maintain solid long-term relationships with existing clients.
Collect and maintain data of new prospects and potential clients.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Back Office, Telecalling, CRM, or Sales Coordination.




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills
Customer handling and follow-up skills.
Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
Professional telephone etiquette.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
