Position: Performance Marketing
D2C

Location:In office - Paschim Vihar, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience:1 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities:
Strategically manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
Focus on lead generation and conversion optimization
Conduct keyword research, run A/B tests, and iterate on ad creatives
Monitor performance metrics: CTR, conversion rates, CPA
Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies in alignment with business goals
Generate, analyse, and present campaign performance reports

Requirement
1+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google & Meta Ads
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field




Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred)
Proficiency in performance marketing tools and solid analytical skills

Note: Immediate Joiner would be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,855.60 - ₹33,794.17 per month
