Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing menu items.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
Check on customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Clean and set up dining areas, refill condiments, and ensure tables are properly set.
Process payments using the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and workstations.
Assist in stocking and organizing inventory levels.
Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service and create a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant or similar role preferred.
Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced workplace.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
