Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and maintain Excel spreadsheets for daily operations
Analyze large datasets and generate meaningful insights
Build dashboards, reports, and summaries using Excel
Use formulas, Pivot Tables, and charts to present data clearly
Automate repetitive tasks using advanced Excel functions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements

Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel:
Experience with:
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
INDEX-MATCH
Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, etc.
Ability to handle large datasets efficiently




Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and time management skills

Preferred (Positive to Have)
Experience with Excel dashboards
Knowledge of Power Query / Power Pivot
Basic understanding of data analysis or reporting
Prior experience in a similar role
