Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 4 Hours Duty

Job Summary

Vidya India NGO is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Computer Trainer specializing in Tally Prime. The trainer will be responsible for teaching students practical accounting skills, GST billing, inventory management, and business accounting using Tally Prime software. The role involves conducting hands-on training sessions and supporting students in developing job-ready computer and accounting skills.

Key Responsibilities
Train students in TallyPrime from basic to advanced level
Teach accounting fundamentals, GST, invoicing, payroll, and inventory management
Conduct practical lab sessions and assignments
Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and assessments
Monitor student performance and provide guidance
Maintain attendance and training records




Support students with practical projects and skill development
Ensure smooth functioning of computer systems and training lab

Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid knowledge of TallyPrime
Understanding of accounting concepts and GST
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
Good communication and teaching skills
Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners and students

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or Computer Applications
Tally Prime certification preferred
Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage
