About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.:
Prepare and submit high-quality proposals on bidding portals
Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope
Negotiate and close deals effectively
Maintain CRM and track sales pipeline

Skills Required:
Proven experience with bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.):
Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, etc.):




Hands-on experience using AI tools for sales, lead generation, and outreach (ChatGPT, Apollo, etc.):
Ability to write compelling, personalized proposals using AI assistance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
