Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Integration and Core Applications Engineerfor a full time position (40 hours per week) in Europe.

You'll be responsible for developing best practices and repeatable procedures for database deployment, as well as for day-to-day operational activities, including break/fix, capacity management, backup and recovery, database replication setup/management, and ongoing database change reviews. You will also work in tandem with the other teams, preparing documentation and specifications as required.The shift is 12 AM ET - 8 AM ET. Weekend on-call availability is required.
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in API development.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant experience preferred.
5+ years of experience with iPaaS platforms.
In-depth understanding of database development tools, ETL, and integration technologies.




Solid understanding of the overall architecture required to support common schema-based objects used to store data and implement business logic.
Experience in performing PL/SQL coding assignments, including stand-alone SQL scripting and database-stored code (triggers, packages, procedures, and functions) in compliance with standards and procedures.
Expertise in setting up, maintaining, and enhancing partition table spaces.
Ability to provide guidance, oversight, and peer review to more junior database developers.
Experience in managing and resolving problems on a live production system.
Solid understanding of SQL performance tuning techniques, including query plan understanding and management, SQL tracing, DB stats, indexing techniques, using AWR reports, etc.
Experience with software development lifecycle and software development common practices (code reviews, unit testing, etc.).
Experience with Workato iPaaS.
