Role & responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day hospital operations
Ensure productive patient flow (registration, consultation, diagnostics, surgery, discharge)
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations
Achieve revenue and profitability targets
Drive OPD/IPD conversions and surgical volumes (e.g., cataract, LASIK)
Build relationships with local doctors, NGOs, corporates, and referral networks
Plan outreach activities like eye camps and screenings.
Oversee procurement and stock of lenses, medicines, and consumables
Preferred candidate profile
5 - 10 years of experience in hospital/clinic management (preferably ophthalmology).
Experience in handling operations, team management and business targets.
