Responsibilities
Drive admissions through effective counselling and regular follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Provide career counselling by assessing students’ strengths and interests.
Guide students in selecting the right course aligned with their career goals.
Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Experience in the education industry preferred.
Team-handling experience with proven target achievement.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in a target-driven workplace.
