Role & responsibilities
Needs Assessment: Identify students' strengths and weaknesses in soft skills through surveys, assessments, and consultations with educational staff.
Curriculum & Material Development: Design and create interactive training content, including presentations, handouts, case studies, and exercises covering areas like:
Communication (verbal, non-verbal, written)
Teamwork and collaboration
Problem-solving and critical thinking
Emotional intelligence and empathy
Presentation and public speaking skills
Time management and organization
Qualified etiquette and attitude
Training Facilitation: Conduct workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions in various formats, such as in-person, virtual, or on-the-job training.
Student Evaluation & Feedback: Assess student performance during training, provide constructive feedback for improvement, and monitor overall progress.
Collaboration: Work with educators, department managers,



and other stakeholders to align training goals with curriculum and student needs.
Program Improvement: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and materials, seeking feedback for modifications and updates.
Reporting: Document training progress and prepare reports on student outcomes for relevant parties.

EducationUG/PG: Any Graduate

Fluency in English is Mandatory

Freshers are not required at the moment

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
karaikal, Puducherry: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
English training : 1 year (required)

Willingness to travel:
25% (preferred)
