Telecaller / Travel Sales Executive - SWJ Swaraj Tours & Travels

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹7,000 - ₹10,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

OR

Performance-Based Option: ₹5,000 Fixed Salary + 2% Commission on Every Confirmed Booking

Our tour bookings can range from small packages to large amount bookings. In some cases, a booking value may reach ₹5,00,000 (5 Lakh) or more.

Example:
Booking Amount: ₹5,00,000
2% Commission: ₹10,000
Fixed Salary: ₹5,000
Total Earnings: ₹15,000 (for that month, excluding any additional bookings)

The more bookings you convert, the higher your income potential.

Requirements:
Valuable communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge




Ability to handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in telecalling, sales, or travel industry is preferred but not mandatory
