Role Overview

This role is for a high-energy sales professional who is comfortable with cold calling, pitching, and follow-ups. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting sales closures. This is not a passive calling role—you are expected to drive conversations, influence decisions, and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential domestic and international clients
Pitch company services clearly with a confident and sales-focused tone




Understand client requirements and identify sales opportunities
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through structured follow-ups
Handle basic objections and customer queries professionally
Schedule meetings or hand over qualified leads to the sales team
Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up records
Meet daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals
Maintain a qualified brand image on every call
Follow internal calling guidelines and reporting discipline

Key Skills (Must-Have)
Robust verbal communication skills
Confident sales pitch and persuasion ability
Customer handling and objection management
Ability to work with targets and pressure
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or lead trackers

Additional Skills (High Advantage)
Experience in B2B or service-based telesales
Exposure to CRM tools or call management systems
Understanding of sales funnel and lead qualification
