Supervise day-to-day CNC milling operations, ensuring machines run efficiently and safely.
Approve setups, tooling, and first-article inspections before production release.
Monitor cycle times, tool wear, and machine utilization to minimize downtime
Direct milling operators, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and safety protocols.
Act as the point of contact between operators and engineers for technical issues
Enforce inspection plans, in-process checks, and final verification of machined parts.
Ensure compliance with API, ISO, and customer specifications (critical in oil & gas).
Lead root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
