Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor breadcrumb extrusion machines and related equipment.
Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and feed rate.
Ensure continuous production with minimum downtime.
Monitor product quality and make adjustments when required.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery.
Follow GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Record production data and report any machine issues to supervisors.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:
Experience operating food extrusion machinery preferred.
Knowledge of food manufacturing processes is an advantage.
Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to work in shifts.
Physically fit and able to work in a production workplace.




ITI/Diploma/Technical qualification preferred.

Preferred Skills
Experience in breadcrumbs, snacks, or food processing industry.
Understanding of HACCP/GMP standards.
Valuable teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
