Team Lead - US Accounts will be responsible to manage and oversee accounting operations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in US accounting principles, team leadership, and client communication. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Technical Operational Responsibilities
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Review bank and account reconciliations.
Review monthly and annual financial statements.
Handle payroll accounting and ensure compliance with forms (940, 941).
Manage multiple engagements simultaneously and deliver signature-ready outputs.

Client-Facing Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with US CPA firms and end clients.
Direct interaction with clients and managing client communications.




Review monthly and yearly bookkeeping/accounting projects.
Ensure timely completion of projects and reprioritize tasks as needed.

Leadership Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team, creating an atmosphere of trust and collaboration.
Oversee team performance and ensure quality deliverables.
Controlling attrition and motivate, encourage team members to maintain high morale and productivity.
