About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Visit residential and commercial areas to generate leads and convert sales for solar panels and rooftop solar solutions
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Conduct product demonstrations and explain solar benefits to potential customers
Collect customer details and coordinate with the installation team
Maintain daily visit reports and update sales records
Build relationships with local dealers, contractors, and housing societies

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (any stream)
0 to 3 years of experience in field sales or marketing
Strong communication and convincing skills
Must be comfortable with outdoor fieldwork on a daily basis
Own a two-wheeler (preferred)
Basic knowledge of solar energy is an advantage but not mandatory
