We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Optical Store Incharge to lead our retail operations.
You will be responsible for driving sales, managing store inventory, mentoring the sales and optometry team, and delivering world-class customer service.
Ensure customers receive accurate advice on frame selection, lens coatings, and lifestyle suitability.
Experience: Atleast 4+ years of experience in retail store management, specifically in optical or healthcare/fashion retail.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
