Role Summary

We are looking for a Project Implementer to help customers use software solutions successfully. The role involves software testing, customer support, training, problem-solving, and coordinating with developers to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities_
Test software features and customizations before delivery.
Identify issues and coordinate with developers for fixes.
Help set up and implement software solutions for customers.
Train users on software usage and best practices.
Support customers by resolving queries and providing guidance.
Maintain project updates and documentation.
Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.
Required Skills_
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid problem-solving and logical thinking ability.
Interest in technology, business processes, and customer interaction.




Willingness to learn Tally, ERP software, and recent technologies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualification_

B.Com, BMS, M.Com, BSc IT, BCA, MCA, BE/BTech, or equivalent.
Knowledge of Tally, Accounting, Software Testing, Databases, or Business Applications will be an added advantage._
