Perform:
Functional Testing
Integration Testing
Regression Testing
UAT Support
End-to-End POS Testing
Validate SAP CCO integration with:
SAP ERP
SAP S/4HANA
SAP CAR
Payment gateways
Peripheral devices
Review business requirements and translate them into testing requirements.
Identify defects, log bugs, track resolutions, and support defect triage meetings.
Coordinate with developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and test execution activities.
Prepare test reports, traceability matrices, and QA documentation.
Support deployment validation and post-production testing.
Ensure compliance with QA standards and testing best practices.

Retail/POS business processes
Sales, returns, promotions, billing, and payments
Knowledge of SAP integration processes with ERP/S4 systems.
Experience in preparing BRD/FRD, test cases, and defect reports.

Tools & Technologies:
SAP CCO

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
SAP CCO certification is an added advantage.
Experience in retail domain preferred.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have:
