Position: Loan Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer loan enquiries and guide them through the loan process.

Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan approvals.

Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding loan status updates.

Ensure smooth and timely loan disbursement procedures.

Support the sales team in loan-related activities.

Maintain proper records and documentation of all loan files.

Build and maintain qualified relationships with customers and banking partners.

Resolve customer queries related to loans and documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and banking procedures.

Requirements:
Experience in loan processing, banking, or finance preferred.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of real estate loan procedures.

Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.

Proficiency in documentation and coordination activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
