Well versed with MS office, Word, Excel, able to handle MIS of the court cases
Able to handle all types of litigation cases (consumer, Execution Petitions, arbitration, Sec 138 NI Act, Execution of warrants, visits to police stations, should be able to attend court & all other authorities as per requirement and able to present the organisation.
Update to Legal Head/Branch head, any other reporting authority on daily/monthly /case to case basis.
Sending notices/replies to notices/ rejoinders any other task related to Legal cases from time to time.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
