We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven US Telecalling Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Make inbound /outbound calls to customers in the US.
Explain company services and answer customer queries professionally.
Generate and qualify leads.
Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
Update customer details and call outcomes in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly target for incentives.
Maintain high-quality communication and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
Graduate
Excellent English cmmunication skills (mandatory).
Minimum 6 months of experience in a US Voice Process preferred (Freshers with excellent communication may apply).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work night shifts (US timings).
