Job Title: Billing & MIS Executive - Job Description

Accounts Manager / Sales Head / Production Manager

Experience : 1 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations:
a. Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Collection, Purchase, Expenses, entries).
b. Generate and verify dealer documents, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
c. Handle accounts receivable and payable management
d. Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
MIS Reporting & Analysis:
a. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
b. Dealer-wise sales & Collection analysis and performance tracking
c. Monitor primary vs secondary sales data
d. Track outstanding receivables and aging reports
e. Provide stock movement and inventory reports




Sales & Business Coordination:
a. Coordinate with the sales team for billing and dispatch details
b. Support in preparing sales forecasts and rolling sales plans
c. Assist in scheme calculations, incentives, and claim validation
d. Track market returns, damages, and adjustments
Inventory & Warehouse Coordination:
a. Monitor stock transfers between factories and warehouses
b. Ensure proper stock accounting and reconciliation
c. Coordinate with warehouse teams for GRN and dispatch updates
Systems & Data Management:
a. Maintain data in Zoho and Excel
b. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates
c. Create Excel dashboards (Pivot Tables, etc.)

Madurai Warehourse - Avaniyapuram, Bypass Rd, Madurai

Trichy Warehouse - Ariyamangalam, Trichy

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
