Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery
Conduct soft skills training programs for employees, students, or specialists.
Deliver workshops on communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, customer service, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions.

Training Design & Development
Develop training materials, presentations, handouts, and assessments.
Customize training content based on organizational requirements.
Create engaging activities, role plays, case studies, and group discussions.

Assessment & Evaluation
Assess participants' learning needs and skill gaps.
Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.

Coaching & Mentoring
Provide one-on-one coaching to improve individual performance.
Guide participants in developing skilled behavior and workplace etiquette.




Support employees in enhancing confidence, presentation, and communication skills.

Reporting & Documentation
Maintain training records and attendance reports.
Prepare training effectiveness reports and recommendations.
Track key learning outcomes and improvement areas.

Required Skills & Competencies

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
