We are looking for a strong outbound holidays operations professional who can handle B2C holiday clients end-to-end — not just backend coordination.

Must-have skills:
Experience in outbound holiday operations

Direct client handling experience

Good destination knowledge — short-haul & long-haul

Solid spoken & written English

Ability to prepare/check itineraries and coordinate with suppliers/DMCs

Comfort with costing, confirmations, vouchers, amendments and follow-ups

Ownership mindset and ability to manage pressure

Positive to have:
Experience with premium/HNI clients

Basic visa and insurance understanding

CRM / travel tools knowledge

This role is not suitable for freshers or purely ticketing/visa/backend profiles.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
