Role- Operations Support Executive
Responsibilities
Attend incoming calls and messages on business platform
Receiving and registering orders on the phone and business platforms
Answering product/service queries as required to current and old customers.
Customer order management and subscription management
Following company order registration system
Registering payments received in company system and database
Administrations work
Desired candidate skills;
Competent in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
Working days: Monday- Saturday
Location: Thane West
Timing: 8AM - 4PM
Should be fluent in Hindi and Marathi
Salary- 12K- 15K per month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Education
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
