About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Operations & Supply Chain Associate to help keep Famyo’s daily business and supply-chain operations running smoothly. You will coordinate orders, inventory, vendors, logistics, internal teams, and operational reports. You will also identify recurring issues and help build simple, reliable processes as the company grows.

This role suits an early-career skilled who enjoys solving practical problems, following through on tasks, and working across teams in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

- Monitor customer orders from confirmation through dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, vendor, customer-support, and internal teams to resolve delays or exceptions.
- Maintain accurate inventory, order, dispatch, return, and operational trackers.
- Reconcile information across internal records, ecommerce systems, and partner updates.
- Follow up with vendors and service partners on timelines, documents, quality issues, and pending actions.
- Support procurement, stock planning, packaging, and fulfilment activities as required.
- Investigate order, inventory, return, and delivery discrepancies and drive them to closure.
- Prepare regular operational reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Document standard operating procedures,



checklists, and recurring workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements that reduce errors and turnaround time.
- Support additional cross-functional operational projects as the business grows.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in operations, ecommerce, logistics, supply chain, procurement, vendor coordination, customer operations, or a related role. Freshers with relevant internships or strong project experience may apply.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured trackers and repetitive processes.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow up consistently, and close issues without losing details.
- Practical problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership.
- Comfortable working full-time from the Indiranagar office, Monday–Saturday.

Good to Have

- Experience with a D2C, ecommerce, retail, consumer-products, logistics, or startup business.
- Exposure to Shopify, ecommerce marketplaces, order-management systems, inventory tools, or shipping platforms.
- Familiarity with basic stock reconciliation, fulfilment metrics, returns, or vendor-management workflows.
- Experience creating reports, checklists, or process documentation.
