nAbout the Role

n

nWe are looking for a proactive and organized Operations & Project Coordinator to manage operational projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, improve processes, and ensure timely execution of business initiatives for a growing Canadian fintech/mortgage startup.

n

nKey Responsibility

n

nManage projects from planning to execution and closure.

nAssign tasks, track timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure accountability.

nDevelop and improve SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.

nCreate and track KRAs, KPIs, and team performance.

nCoordinate with Operations, Product, Compliance, Marketing, and other teams.

nMaintain project trackers, reports, dashboards, and documentation.

nIdentify process gaps and implement improvements.

nHandle operational tools, marketing operations, and back-office coordination.





nProvide regular project updates and stakeholder communication.

n

nRequirements

n

n3–6 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Project Coordination.

nMaster’s degree in Operations Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

nPMP Certification is mandatory.

nStrong experience in project tracking, process improvement, SOPs, and stakeholder coordination.

nExperience with KRAs/KPIs and performance tracking.

nGood knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools.

nExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

nStrong ownership and ability to work independently.

nStartup/Fintech/Mortgage experience is a plus.
