- To schedule and reschedule online appointments for doctors and ensure consultation slots are fully blocked
- To Supervise and provide guidance to Junior staffs on patient coordination (involving call assistance)
- Will act as the first point of contact on patient queries, complaints, or any scheduling conflicts and provides immediate resolution
- Coordinates with doctors and clinical teams to align consultation timings, availability, and any last-minute changes
- Monitors patient records and consultation data
- Tracks daily, weekly, and monthly consultation volumes, and prepares summary reports
- Ensures timely and courteous communication with patients
- Handles IVR calls and its associated tasks
- Provides online support to both doctors and patients (during live consultation)




- Coordinates technical readiness of the video consultation platform and troubleshoots basic connectivity or access issues with patients
- Trains, mentors, and reviews the performance of the Junior staffs, and supports their onboarding process
- Supports audit checks
- Should involve in multitasking roles and switch to other roles on need
- Attends daily, weekly, and monthly team meets.
