Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization.

The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational processes, improving efficiency, coordinating across departments, and driving timely execution of business priorities. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership/COO, monitor operational performance, resolve bottlenecks, and implement systems and processes for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects and business priorities.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and key performance indicators.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and improve processes, systems, and standard operating procedures.




- Coordinate with senior management/COO on operational planning and execution.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between different departments.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and overall execution timelines.
- Manage vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders as required.
- Support resource planning and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and other resources.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and operational standards.

Key Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in Architecture, Design, Real Estate, Construction, or Professional Services.
- Robust leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in process improvement and operational planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and projects.
- Strong follow-up and execution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and relevant project-management or ERP tools.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Candidates should be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
