We are looking for an Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day property operations, management and upkeep.
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff.
- Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, painters, carpenters and other service providers.
- Ensure timely maintenance, repairs and overall property standards.
- Handle vendor coordination and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Maintain cleanliness, functionality and readiness of the property.

Must Have

- Own vehicle
- Smartphone
- Good coordination and communication skills
