Job Title: Production Manager (Freshers Welcome!)

Job Type: Full-Time (Includes a 6-month locking/training period)

Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic and eager-to-learn Production Manager to join our workshop team. Don't worry if you are a fresher—we are ready to train the right candidate who is hardworking, organized, and ready to learn. In this role, you will help make sure everything runs smoothly, from checking inventory and tracking items being made to organizing labor, handling transport, and shipping finished goods.

(Please note: This position includes a mandatory 6-month locking period to ensure proper training and stability on the workshop floor.)

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Control: Help keep track of raw materials and supplies so we always have what we need in stock.
- Workshop Oversight: Assist on the workshop floor, making sure items are made correctly and finished on time.
- Labor Management: Help coordinate daily tasks and work with the team to keep everyone productive.
- Transport & Logistics:



Help manage incoming material deliveries and assist with packing and shipping finished orders out the door.
- General Support: Keep daily operations organized, learn workshop processes, and help solve everyday problems.

Requirements:

- Freshers with a willingness to learn, or candidates with basic experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or production environment.
- Positive organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks (inventory, labor, and shipping).
- Basic computer skills for tracking stock and production.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to commit to the initial 6-month locking period.
