ROLE OVERVIEW

This role will be responsible for managing the backend operations and client servicing workflow — from collecting and validating client information to updating systems, managing insurance portals, coordinating documentation, assigning tasks, and ensuring that every case moves smoothly towards completion.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple cases simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

- Manage day-to-day insurance and financial services operations.
- Collect, verify, organize, and enter client information accurately into internal systems.
- Login and work on various insurance company portals for quotations, proposals, policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, claims-related documentation and other operational requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and information.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents, information, signatures, payments and other requirements.
- Allocate and assign customer data/tasks to the appropriate team members.
- Track each case from initiation to completion and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, applications, documents and transaction status.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, internal teams, advisors and customers for smooth processing.
- Identify missing information or documentation and proactively resolve operational issues.




- Maintain daily MIS and operational reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with internal processes.
- Monitor pending cases and follow up regularly to ensure there are no unnecessary delays.
- Help improve and streamline operational processes as the company scales.
- Provide regular updates to the management team regarding operational status, pending cases and critical issues.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR -:

- Knowledge in insurance operations, financial services, fintech, banking, broking, or a similar operational role.
- Good understanding of online portals and digital workflows.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new software/platforms quickly.
- Strong ownership mentality — someone who follows a task until it is completed.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with different teams.
