Role & responsibilities

1. Pricing & Quotation Management
- Develop competitive airfreight rates and strategies.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with airlines and agents.

- Export Operations

- Oversee end-to-end air export processes and bookings.
- Coordinate with carriers, handlers, and customs brokers.

- Documentation

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of export documents.
- Comply with customs and international airfreight regulations.

- Customer & Stakeholder Communication

- Act as the main contact for clients and overseas agents.
- Provide shipment updates and resolve service issues.

- Compliance & Process Improvement

- Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and company standards.
- Identify and implement operational improvements.





Qualifications & Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in air export /import operations in a logistics or freight forwarding environment.
- Strong understanding of air cargo procedures, Incoterms, and global trade compliance.
- Experience in negotiating rates and preparing quotations.
- Proficiency with freight forwarding systems (e.g., Cargowise, SAP, etc.)
- Robust attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
