About the Role

BuffIndia is looking for a hands-on Operations Head who can take ownership of our PAN India field operations and ensure smooth execution across locations.

The role involves coordinating customers, technicians, collections, installations, repairs and operational issues while ensuring every issue is followed through to closure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across PAN India locations.

Coordinate installation and collection activities with customers and technicians.

Assign and follow up with technicians for field activities.

Track pending installations, collections, repairs and customer issues.

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor kiosk condition, damage and replacement requirements.

Maintain location-wise operational records and trackers.

Prepare daily/weekly operational MIS reports.

Coordinate with Accounts, MIS, Sales, Dispatch and Management.

Take complete ownership of operational issues from identification to closure.

Handle urgent and unexpected field problems across different cities.

Identify recurring operational issues and suggest process improvements.

What We’re Looking For





2–5 years of experience in Operations, Field Operations, Service Coordination, Customer Operations or Project Coordination.

Strong English communication is mandatory.

Good spoken and written English with qualified email communication.

Good Excel / Google Sheets knowledge is mandatory.

Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Good problem-solving and ownership mindset.

Ability to coordinate multiple technicians and locations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Positive reporting and documentation skills.

Ahmedabad candidates preferred.
