Role Description The Operations & Inventory Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day store and warehouse operations. This position oversees inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and coordination with suppliers to maintain optimal product availability. The role includes monitoring order processing, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate records in inventory and operations systems.

The Executive will support sales teams by ensuring timely product allocation, assist in implementing process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets. The role also involves preparing regular reports on inventory levels,



operational efficiency, and supporting project-based initiatives to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track inventory data, interpret operational metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and store staff, and to document processes clearly.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related understanding to align inventory and operations with sales targets, customer demand, and promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to manage daily workflow, oversee inventory handling, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to support operational initiatives, manage timelines, and collaborate on improvement projects.
- Relevant experience in retail, apparel, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Excel or similar tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.
