Key Responsibilities

- Audit daily operations to identify inefficiencies and improve processes
- Maintain performance reports




- Work with sales teams to implement changes and track impact
- Assist to identify funnel gaps and recommend solutions
- Ensure data accuracy across all reporting and analysis
- Drive tasks to timely completion with ownership
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders with clear communication
- Assist to solve operational and performance-related problems
- Handling and conducting Webinars on various topics related to Study Abroad

Required Skills

- Transparent and effective communication skills
- Confident in front of camera and can conduct webinars
- Proficiency in data handling and reporting
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets
- Ownership mindset with a strong focus on execution
- Ability to identify gaps and take a solution-oriented approach
