Manage daily collection & recovery operations. Coordinate with Field Officers (FOS) and Team Leaders. Monitor daily visits, collection targets and performance. Maintain customer and recovery records in Excel/system. Follow up with customers for overdue payments. Coordinate with bank officials and submit daily/weekly reports. Ensure proper documentation and process compliance.
Eligibility: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Valuable communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office. Collection/Recovery experience preferred. Marathi, Hindi & English communication skills preferred. experienced candidates can apply.
