Role Overview:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational support for solar installation projects, including documentation, coordination with government offices, and financial follow-ups. This role is critical in ensuring smooth processing of customer applications and timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and manage customer documentation related to solar installations
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for ongoing projects and operations
- Submit customer application files to respective electricity offices (DISCOMs)
- Coordinate with government departments for approvals and status updates
- Follow up with banks for loan applications, disbursement, and subsidy-related processes
- Act as a liaison between customers, banks, and internal teams
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of documentation and approvals
- Maintain proper records of all operational activities

Requirements:

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Balasore and Mayurbhanj




- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of banking processes and financial documentation
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Excel, Word, basic MIS handling)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a field-oriented role

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in banking, finance, insurance, or operations roles
- Experience in handling documentation and coordination with government offices

Education:

- Graduate in any discipline (or equivalent qualification)
