Job Opening – Operations Executive (Workforce Management & Performance Analytics)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage Workforce Planning, Performance Tracking, and Operational Metrics. The role will focus on roster planning, doctor performance monitoring, KPI reporting, and operational improvement initiatives across different projects and clients.

The candidate will work closely with team leads, project managers, and operational teams to ensure optimal workforce utilization and consistent service quality.

Key Responsibilities

● Workforce Management

● Plan and manage weekly and monthly rosters for doctors and operational teams.

● Monitor shift adherence, attendance, and availability of team members.

● Handle leave management, shift adjustments, and coverage planning to ensure uninterrupted operations.

● Ensure adequate workforce availability based on project requirements and consultation volumes.

Performance & KPI Reporting:

● Track and monitor doctor performance metrics including productivity, quality, response time, and compliance.

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports for management and client reviews.

● Identify performance gaps and highlight areas requiring operational intervention.

Operational Metrics & Improvement:

● Monitor client-specific metrics and operational dashboards.

● Identify metrics that are falling below targets and analyze the root cause.





● Develop improvement plans and strategies to enhance operational performance.

● Work with internal teams to implement process improvements and track outcomes.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

● Coordinate with Team Leads, Project Leads, and Operations Managers to ensure smooth execution of workforce plans.

● Conduct regular follow-ups on performance improvement plans.

● Support operational decision-making through data analysis and insights.

Eligibility Criteria:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field

● 1–3 years of experience in operations, workforce management, or performance reporting

● Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / Data reporting

● Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills

● Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
