Role &

- Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch, inventory, inward & outward operations.

- Plan daily dispatches and ensure timely vehicle placement and material movement.

- Track vehicles and shipments until successful delivery/inwarding.

- Take ownership of timely material inwarding and follow up on delays until closure.

- Maintain accurate Daily MIS, Dispatch, Inventory &
- Pending Reports

.

- Manage returned material, including receipt, verification, segregation and proper record keeping.

- Monitor stock movement and inventory reconciliation to maintain data accuracy.

- Coordinate with Warehouse, Transporters, Supply Chain and internal teams for smooth operations.

- Track pending dispatches, delayed vehicles, inventory discrepancies and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.





- Maintain proper documentation and take end-to-end ownership of daily operational tasks.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 24 years experience in Operations / Dispatch / Inventory / Logistics.

- Robust hands-on knowledge of Advanced Excel &
- MIS Reporting

.

- Experience in Dispatch Planning, Inventory Management, Vehicle Tracking and Material Inward/Outward.

- Experience in Return Material Management &

- Inventory Reconciliation

preferred.

- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

- Must be proactive, detail-oriented, organized and ownership-driven.
