? Role: Operations Executive

? Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month

What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end Branch operations

Ensure smooth appointment scheduling and therapist allocation

Drive customer experience, ratings, and NPS

Handle cash management, petty cash, rosters, and documentation

Monitor machine health and maintenance





Reduce cancellations, rescheduling, complaints, and absenteeism

Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews with therapists

Prepare RCA reports and operational insights for review meetings

- Improve employee retention and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Strong operational and team management skills

✔️ High ownership and problem-solving mindset

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

✔️ Excellent communication and coordination abilities

✔️ Experience in operations, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or service industries is a plus
