We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Operations Associate to join our US Freight Brokerage team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, building and managing carrier relationships, negotiating freight rates, and ensuring seamless end-to-end transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing carriers across the United States.
- Source and onboard new carrier partners to strengthen the company's transportation network.
- Coordinate shipments from pickup through final delivery while ensuring on-time execution.
- Monitor shipments proactively and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates while maintaining company profitability.
- Manage dispatch operations and ensure efficient load movement.
- Resolve shipment delays, operational issues, and service exceptions promptly.




- Maintain accurate shipment documentation and update Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay informed about freight market trends, carrier availability, and pricing fluctuations.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply. Experience in freight brokerage, dispatch, logistics, or transportation operations will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
