At Urbane Essence , we’re looking for an enthusiastic Operations & Studio Intern who wants to experience what it’s really like to work inside a growing, founder-led D2C brand.

This isn’t just a desk internship. You’ll be at the heart of our studio operations and get hands-on exposure to e-commerce, order management, inventory, vendors, events and entrepreneurship.

? What will you do?

- Manage day-to-day studio operations and keep workflows running smoothly
- Coordinate orders, packaging and dispatch
- Maintain inventory and stock records
- Coordinate with vendors, customers and collaborators
- Assist in workshops, exhibitions and studio events
- Handle spreadsheets, documentation and operational reports
- Work closely with the founder on operational and administrative coordination





? Who are we looking for?

Someone who is

✔️ Organised and detail-oriented

✔️ Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic documentation

✔️ A positive communicator

✔️ Proactive and willing to take ownership

✔️ Curious about entrepreneurship, fashion, art and D2C businesses

✔️ Ready to learn by doing
