Role Description The Operations and Growth Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Nashik. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations across Yoova’s cloud kitchens, cafés, and dessert outlets to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.

The manager will track performance metrics, optimize processes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational productivity. Day-to-day tasks include managing staff schedules, supervising inventory and supply chain activities, implementing standard operating procedures, and resolving operational issues.



The role also focuses on driving growth through sales initiatives, local marketing efforts, analyzing customer and sales data, and supporting expansion plans such as new locations, partnerships, and franchise opportunities.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with analytics to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in sales, with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies, build relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
- Solid project management capabilities to plan, coordinate, and implement operational and growth initiatives within timelines and budgets.
- Experience in operations management within food & beverage, hospitality, or retail is highly beneficial.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams, manage performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for reporting, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
