Key Responsibilities

1 Create a Service Culture and ensure a superior Service experience for our customers.

2 Ensure smooth client onboarding journey and effective communication with RM and client.

3 Execute MF transactions, reconcile client portfolio, liaison with third party service providers like MF, PMS, etc.

4 Address client concerns promptly and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

5 Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.

6 Ensure effective servicing and address clients related to statements, wealth related queries, portfolio statements etc.

Skills and Experience

Relevant Experience

2 to 5 years experience in operations within the finance or wealth management domain.

KYC & Third Party Liaison

Understanding of KYC procedure and experience in liasoning with third party product providers like MF, PMS, AIF, etc.

BSE Star Platform

Understanding of BSE Star platform for order placement, client onboarding, order reconciliation,



etc would be an added advantage.

Compliance & Onboarding

Knowledge of compliance and client onboarding processes in financial industry.

Communication & Teamwork

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.

Client Focus

Client-focused attitude with a proactive approach to relationship building.

Problem Solving

Problem-solving abilities to address client queries effectively.
