Position: Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Mark and monitor daily morning attendance of drivers and helpers.
- Assign wards/areas to field staff as per the daily schedule.
- Manage daily manpower deployment and ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with field employees and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Monitor daily field operations and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management.
- Maintain attendance, manpower, and operational records.
- Coordinate with supervisors and field teams for smooth execution of operations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.




- Support management in achieving daily operational targets.

Eligibility

- Minimum Graduate in any stream.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and report preparation.
- Good manpower handling and team coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and proactive approach.
- Previous experience in field operations/manpower handling will be preferred.
- Candidates from Seoni Malwa or nearby areas will be preferred.
