Company Description NURA – Sustained Health with Active-AI Screening is a healthcare collaboration between Fujifilm Healthcare and Dr Kutty’s Healthcare, combining advanced AI-enabled imaging with expert medical oversight. The organization focuses on regular screening programs designed to detect cancers and lifestyle-related diseases at an early stage in otherwise healthy, asymptomatic individuals. By identifying risks early, NURA aims to improve treatment outcomes and support long-term health.
NURA operates dedicated screening centers in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Calicut, and Chennai, and is expanding its presence across India.
Role Description The Operation Executive role at NURA is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The individual in this role will oversee day-to-day center operations, including coordinating patient appointments, ensuring smooth workflow across front desk, clinical, and imaging teams, and monitoring adherence to standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities include supporting inventory and resource management, tracking operational performance metrics, and escalating issues to leadership when required.
The Operation
Executive will collaborate closely with medical and administrative staff to maintain high standards of patient experience, safety, and service quality, while assisting with reporting, documentation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily center activities and ensure productive service delivery.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify patterns, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with patients, clinical teams, and management.
- Relevant experience in healthcare operations, diagnostics, or clinic/hospital administration is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with healthcare information systems is an advantage.
